Associated Press Turns to Marc Raybin for Expertise on Southwest Airline Crisis

Just when experts thought it could not get any worse for the airline industry following United roughing up a passenger, Southwest found itself in crisis communications mode.

The AP's airline reporter David Koenig reached out to Cardinal Communications Strategies' leader Marc Raybin for his take on how Southwest should handle its own public relations fallout from the viral video of law enforcement removing a passenger. Raybin's bottom line PR advice - do not blame the customer under any circumstance.
